Architectural Visualisation

Design compression is decisive. Here at Vibux we use image to ensure a clear understanding of the project.

VIRTUAL REALITY

VIRTUAL REALITY

The possibility of experiencing the project from its very outset, of totally immersing in the model, exploring it and understanding it before it has been constructed; it is something that cannot be missing from a BIM process.

Thanks to virtual reality tools, you’ll be able to interact with your BIM model in an immersive way. The understanding of aspects like range, proportion or functionality will lend you a greater understanding of space. The advantages can be applied to all project stages, from design, production (simplifies change management), to the maintenance of the completed works (this allows us greater, simpler control). What’s more, it will facilitate communication and collaboration between the various agents and thus improve productivity.

  • DESIGNING IN A VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT
  • FORESEEING THE BEHAVIOUR OF A BUILDING
  • MANAGING CHANGES IN REAL TIME
  • BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND CONTROL
INFOGRAPHICS

ARCHITECTURAL RENDERING

In the architecture sector, infographics are vital for conveying and understanding a project. Using the BIM approach, we will get even more out of this tool.

When we talk about architectural visualisation, the first format we think of is infographics. This support will allow us to define the project in real time and it will mean that the latter is understandable to any of our clients, regardless of their training. What’s more, within the BIM environment, the automation between tools as 3ds Max and Revit, the render views can be carried out immediately and directly in the project at any of its stages. Thanks to them, we will be able to adjust it, to take decisions about the materials and the finishes, defining the details and the environment which we wish to lend to spaces… the possibilities are considerably increased.

  • PROJECT DETAIL IN REAL TIME
  • PROPOSED MATERIALS AND FINISHES
  • KNOWING THE IMPACT OF DESIGN ON YOUR ENVIRONMENT
  • CLIENT PARTICIPATION AT EACH PROJECT STAGE
PRESENTATIONS

PRESENTATIONS

A good presentation is a very important factor for a proposal to go ahead. Here at Vibux we want to help you transmit your concept through presentations, videos and simulations which ensure the success of your project.

As professionals of architecture, we know how hard it can be to visualise a project, particularly for a client who is not used to handling our tools and our language. We want to provide information, ensuring that the project is attractive, attaining a true visualisation thereof. With this in mind, we use both infographics and video. In this way it is possible to carry out a tour around each of the apartments offered by a real estate agency, to submit our project to a tender or allow our client to visit the building we have designed and which, when the works finish, will become its corporate head offices, amongst other possibilities.

  • STUDYING THE AIMS OF THE PRESENTATION
  • SELECTING THE MODELS TO BE INCLUDED
  • PREPARING TOURS AROUND THE MODELS
  • PRESENTATION ANIMATION
UNDERSTANDING THE PROJECT

UNDERSTANDING THE PROJECT

We will use all the tools within our reach so that our clients and the whole team can attain a satisfactory level of understanding of the project. Through virtual reality, using infographics and videos to make presentations and tours around the model, we will provide the information required directly and effectively.

INVOLVEMENT OF ALL AGENTS

INVOLVEMENT OF ALL AGENTS

Thanks to these tools, we will facilitate the participation of the whole team, resulting in greater satisfaction with the outcome. A picture is worth a thousand words and here at Vibux we take this literally and use image as the communication channel so that designers, architects, constructors and all the other professionals involved are in contact throughout the process.

REDUCING DECISION TIMES

REDUCING DECISION TIMES

Visualisation is a resource which is used in many disciplines to achieve different aims. In the case of architecture and within the BIM approach, we will use it, amongst other applications, to speed up decision-making. In view of the high degree of understanding we will have of each project, we will be able to make the relevant changes and take decisions more easily and effectively.

COMMITMENT TO THE RESULT

COMMITMENT TO THE RESULT

When we are backed up by tools which facilitate project understanding as far as possible, we are committing to quality and there is nothing more motivating than knowing that you offer services and carry out works in which quality takes centre stage. We will achieve this visualisation of quality which our clients deserve.
